Return & Exchange Policy

At MOIN BEAUTY RESOURCES, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To maintain the quality and hygiene of our products, we have a strict No Return Policy. However, we do accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • You received a damaged product (e.g., broken, leaked, or defective upon arrival).
  • You received the wrong product (e.g., incorrect item, shade, or variant).

2. Conditions for Return/Exchange Approval

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof of damage or incorrect item.
  • Ensure the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Incorrect selection of shade, size, or product by the customer.
  • Used, opened, or tampered products.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, you can contact us at moinbeauty8@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: MOIN BEAUTY RESOURCES, Plot no-62, Industrial area, Phase-2, Chandigarh. 160002. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. Refund or Replacement Process

  • Upon approval, we will offer a replacement of the same product.
  • If the product is out of stock, we may offer a store credit or a refund at our discretion.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days or store credit will be credited within 24 hours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
